No, I'm not buying "unsearched rolls" from eBay.

What is a reasonable price to pay per coin?

    1) If they have dates, and
    2) If they DON'T have dates?

Right now a buyers market....depending on condition you should be able to pick up rolls dirt cheap the market is flooded. Same for Liberty nickels. A shop close to me has plenty of both with no buyers.

Full dates will cost $0.65 each and go down with volume.
Mixed full, partial, and no dates can be less than $0.40 each in volume.
Full horns can be $0.85 to $1.00 each for 500 at a time.
I paid $0.95 cents each for 2,000 "unsearched" from a private individual a month ago. (I later gave them a bonus because the lot was very good) They were in many coffee cans saved by their deceased family member. These were saved years ago from circulation and never organized.
