Higher end AU, but not MS. Breast Feathers look some what smoothed.

Seems to have a lot of detail so I'd say AU58 and $18-$20 for the value.

I just noticed what appear to be scratches at the top of the obverse. Does this coin show scratches over both sides? If so, change my grade to AU50 and a $16.00 value.

the only one that i see with the naked eye is the gouge on her face.

 

I would say AU-50 to AU-53. The Greysheet puts it at about $10.50-$11.50.

I think this was a weekly struck coin because as you can see all of the stars are worn flat almost (At least more-so then normal IMO)....so in that case I would go with AU58--that would also tell why the eagle is a little smoothed.
