Found this in a CRW roll today. I can see the slight off strike, but what causes the doubling on the reverse ? Is this a double strike, off set slightly ? Thanks

The ridge inside the rim on the obverse looks like an offset ? And the reverse letters STATES AM show a hard line doubling,

I can't see any doubling in that pic, but that year is known for a lot of deteriorated dies and that could cause the appearance of doubling

On the reverse the tops of the letters ST T show a hard line doubling. I know it is some kind of machine doubling caused by the offset rim. Is there a special way to describe it ? Or is it just "Machine Doubling" ? I want to properly label the flip. If I decide to keep it.

The circular line on the obverse is the imprint of a rim that goes through the letters "trust" and around the east edge of the coin.

    Thanks.
