    I'm assuming it is 20 years from when he was elected president?
    I have found a few of these in my CRH'ing.

    Meow cant get halves where Meow lives, but has found a penny with a Kennedy bust stamped on it once.

    Well that does give us one important piece of information. I have seen these popping up from time to time for years. Knew what they were, but never knew who did the marketing of them, The Columbia Mint one of many private mints out there making "collectibles" to sell to people wa inflated prices.

    those are being sold all over the internet. $7 or so

    of course, counter stamping a coin is easy
    buying a gold plated one is probably even easier. Just check merrickmint for them, or a variety of other places.
