I have a 2006 D Penny with some time of die on the nose and outside of the face. And the other coin a 2009 D that has a weird date. It might be glue. Soak in acetone and see if it lifts off.

Is it a Die Gouge? I cleaned it with acetone and it is still there. If it is a die gouge. Did I just messed up the coin by putting acetone? WIN_20220323_15_52_10_Pro.jpg WIN_20220323_15_52_38_Pro.jpg WIN_20220323_15_55_19_Pro.jpg WIN_20220323_15_57_08_Pro.jpg

Acetone does not hurt a coin. It can change the color of copper coins, in some cases. Just don't brush or rub the coin. Rinse and pat dry, or just let the acetone evaporate.
I personally, don't know what your coin has going on, but probably not a mint error, IMHO.

I believe you are seeing a plating bubble. Since mid 1982, the mint produces cents on zinc with a very thin coating of copper and the coin has so many issues that it isn't even funny. Plating bubbles, blisters, etc. Zinc rot can also cause mis-read issue on the coins.
Keep reading and learning. Good luck.

Big die? on the forehead? Looks more like Lincoln took a PMD hit to the forehead.
