What type of doubling?

I'm going to kill two with the proverbial stone here. The first is a 1970-D. I'm looking at the bottom of the nine in the date primarily. Is that doubling? The second is a 2006. The tops of the LI and the B have me curious.

The LIBE is machine doubling....but...here's a strange request.

Leave the lighting the way you have it but take a shot of the date upside down, so to speak then post the picture that way. I want to see how lighting effects what I'm looking at:)

    Thanks,
    Bill

Thanks Bill! I rotated this image 180 degrees after shooting, but I did shoot it inverted in the same lighting.
