Bought this with a no return policy! Bought many coins off this dealer with no problems before.
1941D slabbed by ANACS (old slab) graded MS65 5.5 Steps.
Is a DDR Die#3 (not attributed on the label)

After receiving it I noticed the corrosion spots on the reverse! I asked the ANACS Rep at the Dulles coin show about this and he said it can be reslabbed for $5 + $18 S&H&I and that if the spots don't come off and the grade is reduced they pay me the market difference in the grade. If I break this out myself will acetone remove this? I believe it is oxidized copper specks in the plancet.

That is why I avoid copper & nickel, I hate those spots.
