I just got 20 from APMEX.com, american precious metals exchange. $10.45 each plus shipping. Littleton's site said over $14 each.
I preordered my 2006 ASEs about a month ago from mintproducts.com. The offer from Littleton looks like one of their auto-shipment programs. That doesn't make it a bad deal but you are going to have to return the other coins you don't want and opt-out of the program. ASEs are generally not available close to spot through regular dealer outlets without some sort of gimmick. There will always be some premium attached to them.
APMEX is located just north of Oklahoma City (where I live) and I do a lot of business with them... They're very nice folks and are reputable. One of the cleanest stores I've ever encountered. They're very organized and their prices are extremely reasonable. They do a lot of volume selling and certainly don't try to gouge the customer. I buy my ASE's from them, but I don't have to pay shipping!
