Hey Folks, I have about $80 in eBay bucks that I have to spend in two days. Unlike last time where I purchased supplies with my bucks, this time I will most definitely purchase a coin. Please feel free to recommend something off of eBay that costs $80 or less (shipping included). It can be any coin that you think is worth buying, but cannot cost a cent over $80.00. Please feel free to share the link right here. Time is of the essence, so telling me to buy some random medieval coin won't be as helpful as sending me a link for one. Thank you for the input! @Eduard @micbraun @Rheingold @furryfrog02 @paddyman98 @Paddy54 @Pickin and Grinin @Dougmeister @Legomaster1 @TypeCoin971793

https://www.ebay.com/itm/1835-BUST-...sh=item2acf93e2a1:g:GWEAAOSwlThdHmqM&LH_BIN=1 A decent price on this one...maybe a little high, but still decent... and considering that to you it is basically free
Really, whatever you want to get me is fine. I trust your judgement @Seattlite86 I will look at a couple things when I get home.
I like German State coinage. I will post a few suggestion as I find them: https://www.ebay.com/itm/1847-Frankfurt-1-Gulden-Silver-Free-Shipping-USA/173213445451?hash=item2854536d4b:g:M6AAAOSw90xapwp5&LH_BIN=1 https://www.ebay.com/itm/1-2-Gulden-Frankfurt-1841-Silver-933/323859304296?hash=item4b6784cf68:g:7iMAAOSw09ZdLKA~&LH_BIN=1 https://www.ebay.com/itm/elf-Germany-Frankfurt-Free-City-3-Kreuzer-1849-9-6-Silver/370679828699?hash=item564e3d50db:g:bywAAOSw1ZBbkLG3&LH_BIN=1 https://www.ebay.com/itm/Wurttemberg-6-Kreuzer-1758-Nice-Nswleipzig/362276086114?hash=item5459566162:g:CDYAAOSwH1Vaq-jD&LH_BIN=1 https://www.ebay.com/itm/Hesse-Darmstadt-6-Kreuzer-1836-Good-Nswleipzig/382501556265?hash=item590ede9029:g:CWQAAOSwGqxbF8cy&LH_BIN=1 https://www.ebay.com/itm/73199-AUSTRIA-6-Kreuzer-1691-Vienna-KM-1185-EF-40-45-Silver-2-96/191184795150?hash=item2c8380760e:g:slYAAOSwcndZsEly&LH_BIN=1 https://www.ebay.com/itm/Wurttemberg-6-Kreuzer-1852-Brilliant-Uncirculated-Superb-High-Grade-Nswleipzig/382642210855?hash=item591740c827:g:TqAAAOSwiwZb9UoK&LH_BIN=1 Some really pretty ones amongst this selection...
Why you gotta go and show me something cool that's just over budget?!? I like it, maybe for my type set. I'll see what else comes up.
A nice 1/2 Gulden from Wuerttemberg: https://www.ebay.com/itm/1847-Wurtt...sh=item1c91a6432e:g:okwAAOSwjoFZuGhy&LH_BIN=1
I do love me some German States coinage! Thanks for the recommendations. Showing me the Frankfurt ones reminds me how much I want to get the Frankfurt City views. This one would be a dream, but is not within my reach at the moment: https://www.ebay.com/itm/PCGS-Frank...996&pg=2047675&_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851
Send offers out on Large Cents! I have scored some seriously nice coins for 50$-75$ 1794 Liberty caps. Just about finding the right one, and a seller to accept! Im looking tonight for a 200$ coin, probably gonna pick up another Liberty Cap or draped bust. Multiple if I can manage it!
This is the best Frankfurt city view 6K that I could find for the money. (just a little bit more than you want to spend, though. Maybe??) https://www.ebay.com/itm/Frankfurt-...398403?hash=item23c21ae743:g:qzQAAOSwxDBdOgPS
Oh, darn it, you make a good point and I should consider those. Are there any must haves for people who collect US Type coins, or German States coins? What about any must haves in general for numismatists? I do own Making the Grade as well as the ANA Grading Standards books.
I'm seeing plenty of Trade dollars for under $50 on eBay. Various years, and conditions. Seriously though, use those suckers before they expire.
Brandon, this seller usually has a nice selection of coins and is to be recommended. This is a link to his pre-1871 German State coins which you may find interesting, including many items in the price range of $80 and below. https://www.ebay.com/sch/nsw-leipzig/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_ipg=&_from= He also sells other European and World Coins so good chances you will find something of interest if you want something else.
