My girlfriend found this bill in her register the other day and it caught her eye (coin and paper collecting IS contagious... here is proof) She'd like an estimate at what it might be worth... also an explanation as to how this might have happened. I myself have never seen something like this before... I'm guessing over inked or moved while printing?
