It's patterned after an Augustus tetradrachm, like this:

    (from CNG's archives)

SYRIA, Seleucis and Pieria, Antioch. Augustus. 27 BC-14 AD. AR Tetradrachm (26mm, 15.04 g, 12h). Dated year 30 of the Actian Era (2/1 BC). KAISAROS SEBASTOV, laureate head right / ETOVS L NIKHS Tyche of Antioch seated right on rock outcropping, holding palm; below, river-god Orontes swimming right; VPA(toV) (monogram) IGabove TAV monogram to right. Prieur 55; RPC I 4156; SNG Copenhagen 132 var. (date). EF, well-centered and well-struck, minor spots of encrustation and trace of porosity on reverse.

I see these (real ones) in auctions all the time. A very beautiful type. I'm actually thinking of getting one to represent Augustus in my portrait series (replacing my current Augustus PROVIDENT As).
