what kind of penny is this?

I know it's a Canadian penny I found it in a penny roll but what is this Penny called? Never seen this one before. We get allot of Canadian coins cuz we're right by Canada.

I love those ones. Canada stopped making pennies years ago. Although I still get them in change (close to the border).
