What kind of error is this on my 1990 {P) Penny?

    It may not be a rare error that I can quit my job on, but I need a better description.
    I figure I would go to the experts.
    There are 2 different items.
    One the rim and the other the back of Lincoln's head

    What I see has to do with Die Deterioration. It's when the Die that is used to strike the Die becomes worn.

    Correct. Just a type of manifestation of a worn die.

    Good old Philly die deterioration lol.

    Also it is not considered a mint error and has no premium.
