What kind of error is this (if it’s one at all)

    I’m trying to figure out if this is an error and what kind, if it’s an error at all. I don’t think it’s pmd but I’m not sure. Can someone help?

    Don't know of anything that can cause an error like that. Best I can say, it's damage. Not a detective, so can't say what caused it.

    That's no mint error that I know of.
    I'm thinking some metal that was added onto the surface post mint.
    Die Breaks don't just appear on the die in small circular shapes in random spots.

    I’ve never seen a coin like that so I’m thinking it’s damaged. Looks like some type of metal was splashed onto it.
