Hey Coin Talk members! I decided to do something fun that i have been thinking of doing for a while and create a poll about your favorite SIZE of coin, the coins i describe in my poll options are not for if you like that actual coin, but for the size reference. Select your favorite from the list, and if other then please specify. Have fun!

Got to include World Crowns. Sometimes a little smaller, sometimes a little larger than dollar size.

that would be in the "other" then (also because i don't know how to edit the choices once i've set them)

Dollar and Crown size. Definitely my favorites. But, I do love the 5-ounce "pucks" for heft, too!

that is the same reason why i love those too, they are so huge, i like larger coins but i also like those very small 3 cent pieces too. but along the lines of my copper collection, i definitely like my one pound bar more than my one gram bar, lol

It was a tough decision, but I chose half dollars.

Being an oddball ancient and medieval collector, my only choice has to be "whatever size they come in". I literally have tons of cultures that the coins only come in one size, from cent sized, to half dollar, or anywhere in between.

If I could wave a magic wand, like most "getting older and near vision starting to go" collectors, I would probably choose half or silver dollar sized of course. Anything larger than a sivler dollar gets hard to store.

I prefer the quarter size. It's big enough for easier "readablility", but small enough that I can maximize the number of coins. Quarters are my preferred junk silver holdings as well.

Can't say I've ever really thought about this question. I like all sizes, as I collect everything from tiny $1 gold to medals that may be 5 inches across, and every single thing I can get my hands on in between.

I like the look and size of plate money. I saw a nice exhibit of them at last years ANA show in Chicago. I wouldn't find them as easy to loose as I do other coins. I could store the pull cart in the garage and keep the donkey out back when I'm not out shopping with them. :>)
