What is up with Jefferson's nose & Jaw?

I believe it is PMD, but I want to make sure.

On the 1996 his nose looks to be smaller, but it may be my eyes.

Doesn't look smaller to me, just more wear on it.

 

Yeah, I'm looking at the pics again, and I see it. When you hold it in your hand, it looks way smaller, and the jaw line looks huge. Silly PMD.
