1916 Mercury dimes stuck in old penny rolls I am seeing on Ebay?

go Ebay, search; roll 1916 dime.

For the past week I have been noticing what look like almost a dozen (if not more) auctions of penny rolls in which one of the end coins is a 1916 dime. Way more 1916 dimes than anything else. Sure, one or two 1918 or 1920s or even 1 or 2 Roosies, but lots of 1916 dimes at the end of the roll. What did someone spend 40 years specifically collecting penny rolls with 1916 dimes on the end then decide to liquidate them all in one month? What is up with that?

Second where have all the unsearched dime rolls gone?

Someone just puts 1916 dimes in penny rolls and claims they're unsearched so people will buy them thinking they have a chance at a 1916-D
