Counterstamp of the state of Nebraska
Companies did this a lot back in the day. You could get full sets of all 50 states counterstamped onto coins. I find them every once in awhile in my coin roll searches.

 

They are a novelty item.

I would love to find a counter stamped coin, of any type, in my change. All I have are a couple Lincoln/Kennedys.

 

You can probably find a complete set of state counterstamps online.

 

It's a novelty Cent. You can buy them on the Internet. Yours is a little older asits on copper and it's dated.

 

Only one I've found yet.

 

That's a double counterstamp. That means it's worth double what one counterstamp is worth.

 

It is a little unusual that the rotation orientation of the state is wrong.
