    Counterstamp of the state of Nebraska :)
    Companies did this a lot back in the day. You could get full sets of all 50 states counterstamped onto coins. I find them every once in awhile in my coin roll searches.

    I would love to find a counter stamped coin, of any type, in my change. All I have are a couple Lincoln/Kennedys.

    It's a novelty Cent. You can buy them on the Internet. Yours is a little older asits on copper and it's dated.

    That's a double counterstamp. That means it's worth double what one counterstamp is worth. :D

    It is a little unusual that the rotation orientation of the state is wrong.
