    I assume you mean on the right side of the 6 and 8 ?
    or do you mean something else as you haven't elaborated ?

    but that "visual doubling" is from die deterioration.

    the right side of the six has a thick raised area, that is what I focused on. It doesn't look like machine doubling. the die doesn't seem to be deteriorated to me. but I don't know so that's why I'm asking. thanks

    ...or it could be the copper plating splitting a bit
    toward the outer rim, where the striking pressure
    could cause it.

    It's a very common effect, not considered an error.

    More of a common minor anomaly.....Hope this helps.
