I am pretty certain this is some form of religious token... looks to be Catholic as it has the what I think is Pope Pius X on the what i'm calling the obverse... I also see a roman nuberal date which looks like "MCMXI" which is to the left of "Pius" and above "St. Helena". Any one know what this is???
