What is this?

    Examining one of the frankys I got in the mail today.

    I noticed the peculiar "crack" near the initials. There is another crack near the right but it won't show up in photos.

    Near the date, a line, is this a flow line? It's excuse not incuse.

    The crack is just that a die crack. The die is possibly chipping a bit at the edge of the crack causing the lump. The line is what most of us would call a die polishing line. There is one strong line there but there are a dozen or so more of them there between the strong line and the throat.

    Can't tell. Could be a scratch, could be a slight die gouge. The way it is reacting to the lighting it looks like it could be a raised feature.
