    Can anyone identify this item please?

    Is it an Arabic coin? Any details would be appreciated.

    Probably from one of the 19th Century Indian Princely States, even though if the top pic were rotated 90º to the right the vertical character at the top center appears to be in Manchu script, which was used on much Imperial Chinese cash coinage.

    It is a rupee from India, commonly attributed to Islam Shah Suri (1545-1552 AD), Bengal mint. However, there is debate about this coin due to the date, go here to read it:
