What is this Roman mint?

On a camp gate, PROVIDENTIAE AVGG, COUSTANINUS I MAGNUS. R, inverter old style gamma, no rays, Q. I can't find it. No picture as someone walked with my camara.

Probably RFQ, Rome, fourth officina.
