For clarification, here is the home page for Wildwinds. The site is divided into Roman, Greek, Byzantine, and Celtic. Roman Provincials can be found both in the Greek and Roman sections. Your coin is a Roman Imperial issue.
The fabric of the coin looks authentic, but I think the hair detail on the bust has been tooled, which happens often on jewelry pieces. There's detail there that likely never existed. Compare to three Trajan denarii in similar states of wear...
