what is this coin

It's not exactly what I would call `worthless'. Just very difficult to assess a monetary value for it. People like me collect this sort of thing after all. edited to conform to forum rules

With the exception of the translation of Psalm 93:8, the date / information I provided you with came from the text book I had already referenced. Not from any `site'.

The internet is fine (on occasions) for basic information. However, once you know what it is you NEED to know there is no substitute for reference to source material.

If you really want to research these pieces you would need to look at Leber `Monnaies inconnues des Eveques des Innocens, des Fous etc...' (Paris 1837). Your piece appears plate 4 fig. XI, opposite p. XC. Mind you I doubt if you would learn anything about your specific item that has not already been mentioned.
