Arabic, denomination 5 something, dated (I think) AH1392 2/16/72-2/4/73). If I get a chance I'll try and find it in Krause. The numbers are clearly either Hyderabad Arabic or Malay-Persian, which cuts the potential universe to maybe 20-30 countries.
