What is this coin/what it worth?

Found this coin today:

Any idea on value? I did a test by scatching it a bit, doesn't appear to be plated with zinc or mercury.

That's because it is solid zinc, from which the copper plating has been removed - probably chemically.

 

Could be struck on an unplatedplanchet, in which case it would be worth a few $$.

But......DO NOT EVER "TEST" SOMETHING BY DAMAGING IT. Whatever value it had has been seriously hurt by your testing.
