I was given some coins by my dad's work friend. They're mostly foreign. But there were a few U.S. coins. But I found a very strange coin that I can't even take a guess about what it is. It would be great is somebody knew what this is.
It looks like it’s made of silver. If so, it’s in the R.W. Julian book as PR-30. PR = presidential. It was a privately issued piece that had people who were connected with the mint involved with it. The mintage in silver is 5,677. In this condition, it does not have much of a numismatic value.
