I believe the reverse is: Boo-Ciowan. The obverse: Ch'ien-Lung T'ung Pao . What is it worth?

You can pick these up in dealer junk boxes for <$1. You have a nice example of a 200 year old coin, but so many were made, they just aren't worth anything

The first picture has characters which do not look Chinese.
The second picture has Chinese characters, but you should rotate it to the left 90 degrees to have it right-side-up. As is the characters are laying on their sides.

The issuing authority or "mint" is the character on the bottom of the first picture (both pics need to be rotated). It is one of the common mints. I don't have any references in front of me but it is something like "the board of works" or "board of revenue" Should be very easy to look up in the Krause catalogs
