That is probably about right. I have been watching prices on eBay before I list some silver dollars. They just are not bringing in the price that I want, but about 1/2. They don't eat, so I will hang on to them for a while or forever. Seems a good time to look for bargains though.

 

Is that U.S. dollars or Canadian dollars?

 

The dollar in this set is nickel not silver. It's a proof-like mint set. They sell for $4.95 - $6.95. At my local coin show they ask $5 but will take $4.50.

I just got the 1969mint set today at coin shop for $5.00

 

US$1 = CAN$1.01532

I don't think it makes a big difference since they are almost on par.
