Larger photo would be nice. Hard to see detail. I don't think it is a coin but a medal. Guessing from Iceland. It looks like the 4 protectors on the reverse. Dragon, Bull, a Griffin, and the Giant. The Giant does not look like any I have seen before, but then I haven't seen this medal before.
Iceland's a good guess, as in 1930 they celebrated the 1000th anniversary of their Parliament, founded in 930, and issued stamps for the occasion.
