what kind of holder is that? NCS?

I won't venture a guess on it's grade from those photos. Number 1 it is gold, which can be difficult to grade, especially from images, number 2 the pics aren't large enough to get a realistic idea of the surface condition, and number 3 that design may be the most difficult design in US coinage to grade. even the pros have a lot of difficulty grading them with consistency.

Bottom line, I'm not gonna guess cause it would be just a guess, and that doesn't help you any.

But if it is an NCS holder then you can likely trust the details grade that it has on the slab.

    Pics aren't the best for this but I'll hazard a guess at AU55 - $180 to $190.
