What is the term for this error?

Hi again, well I have truly done a lot of research, different sites and I've learned quite a bit of the whole error process and types of errors. This one, "after hours of searching" has me stumped. I assume it's more the fact I don't know what to call this error than anything. It doesn't fit double die or anything that I've compared to or read about. Maybe yous can help.

The rim looks as if it's becoming separated, it's like this all the way around and the backside as well with no error on the face or back other than this odd rim issue.
The only conclusion I had was a maybe the planchet was flawed to begin with? Image 021.png

    UPDATE....

So far after more searching and error comparisons, the closest thing I can find is an over sized plancet strike. Since the copper isn't actually separated from the zinc, it's not split or cracked, it doesn't fall into other error categories either, not misaligned as most as this goes perfectly around the whole penny, it's not a partial collar strike, I simply don't know what it is but I am still looking.....
