If it is genuine, I'd probably call it EF-45 or AU-50. With those pictures, I can't tell you if it is real - or give you a better guess of the grade.
Any raw Trade Dollar is a 0_0 coin until you've had a chance to think about it; counterfeits seem to outnumber originals. This one's Type 1/Type 1, appropriate for the year and it seems to me like a coin which was handled briefly but regularly over decades, allowing it to retain nice luster while showing circulation. Wonder it isn't chopmarked. If, of course, it's real. I see no cause for panic but counterfeits of this quality are known.
