Can the experts here please share with me your most reliable source for up-to-date USA mint error coin information? What internet site or subscription are you 'plugged into' in order to have the most reliable and peer reviewed information about US mint errors?

    Thank you!!

CONECA's master list of varieties is hosted at James Wiles' Variety Vista website, which is my go-to reference for post-1900 varieties. Pre-1900 issues tend to have dedicated places specific to each issue.

I'm at Variety Vista so often that all I have to do is type "v" in my browser address bar and hit Enter; Chrome knows where I want to go. :)

Now that he's publishing it again, also Mike Byers' 'journal' http://minterrornews.com/

You will find CONECA advertises there, along with the collection of notable dealers - Fred, Jon, Mike, Andy, & others.

Question: If it's a murder of crows and a surfeit of Skunks, what's the term for a collective of error dealers?

I would propose a demerit [of error dealers], focusing on the 2nd and 3rd definitions:

/2/ the quality of being inadequate or falling short of perfection
/3/ the quality that renders something desirable or valuable or useful
