Could you guys let me know what you think I should be paying for the Speared Bison Mint Error?

    1. In MS 65 or MS 66.
    2. Should I be buying it in ANACS, NGC or PCGS?
    3. Is it going to go up more in value like everyone on EBAY says?

I have noticed one auction has the name of the person who found the coin in the holder (ANACS), does this make it more valueable?

Here is a link to another speared bison seller on EBAY.

    Thanks for the help.

    Hi Scott,
You asked so, it is my opinion that this coin is being sold by people trying to sell something they truly believe
is worth something. And I am surprised that NGC OR PCGS would lable it as such but I was suprised when they came up with the first strike lable. As for value it is my opinion that years from now this coin will be worth the gradding fee $30.00 if you won't to get a error or variery coin save your money and get a
1955-DD lincoln cent or some other coin that will always go up in valupeciale. Alot of time we buy because everyone is all hyped up about a special coin. Ask alot of questions befor you buy, believe me I have bought coins that were hyped up to just too be disappointed down the road.

I happen to agree with Bruce - I wouldn't buy one of the coins on a bet.
