What is on Jackson face?

    Hoping i can get a little help from the paper people. Im am a coin guy but I will pull out interesting serials or star notes. The serial number caught my eye but it looks like other numbers were down jacksons nose but only the tops. I can pull the last 4 digits being 5470. Has any one seen some similar and would this be an error? 20171005_215313.jpg

    Its the remnant of a tellers stamp that ran off the strap.

    The 6 zeroes make a nice almost serial.

    Still kinda on the fence on this serial.... i might just keep it anyways for all the zeros

    I have these 2 which are close, but I haven't spent them yet:
    top one has 6 zeroes 8500 and the bottom one is almost low enough (not quite)
