I have a $100.00 1981 E series star note with a PMG rating of 35 does anyone know what it would be worth

Its only worth what someone is going to offer you for it, and here again
Value is very subjective, my best advice is go to several of the auction
House,s closed and sold listings and see if you can find something
Similar, you can try ebay as a baseline and compare up from there.

 

This note is on eBay with an asking price four times higher than it’s value from a seller with a feedback score of 1. Note is probably worth $300-$500.
