The coin needs to be rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise to be oriented correctly.

This is a Chinese "one yuan" ("one dollar") silver coin minted in 1912 by the "Military Government" in Sichuan Province.

An authentic coin has a diameter of 39.2 mm and a weight of 25.8 grams.

What I wrote is KM#140 - Dinar (which is 1 Dinar)
KM numbers are pertaining to a reference guide number.
