I bought this. Although it's not in my current collecting pursuits, I couldn't complain for a pre 1800 coin for less than four dollars. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=181046672341#ht_1299wt_1397
Probably UK and Ireland. But there was no central mint of course. Apparently lots of folks were making them, akin to the Conder tokens. I wonder if they're considered a sub-set of the Conder tokens, in fact... A lot of them made their way to America, which is why they're considered colonial coins.
Evasion tokens arne't actually coins since they are counterfeits, but they were commonly produced and circulated widely.
There is some overlap between evasives and Conders. A moderate number of evasives were cataloged as Conders in Atkins book from 1890. Some of these were carried over into Dalton and Hamer, and then Cobwright's book on evasives.
