What is cost?

Hello everyone being relatively new to collecting I had a question about sending in coins for grading. I know the cost can vary depending upon who you send it to, but are there other factors. Say I send in a coin and it grades at MS64, and another one grades at MS67. Does it cost me the same for each? What if one is worth only 100.00 but the other for whatever reason is worth 10,000. Does it still cost the same? Thanks everyone

No, it does not cost the same. The higher the value of a coin, the more it costs to have it graded. The fees are typically listed on the TPG websites.

There's different tiers for different declared values. The grade itself doesn't change the cost unless the value is significantly changed. If you estimate the value in good faith they will probably not up charge if it grades out better. If you try and send 4 figure coins in the 300 max value tier though you will hear from them
