It is dark for sure, but I would still say it is about VF, which I could consider termed nice. I was expecting to see something AG-3

XF details, but who knows what's under the toning. Not worth it at $400 but an interesting gamble at $200. Send it to NCS, worst case it's cleaned and a ~$200 coin, if it slabs $400 might be right on.
