Well i just came back from Miejer our local grocery store and got this Washington Quarter in change it,s very unusual any thought,s?
Someone painted it and paint has worn away from circulation over the years. Kinda Art Deco, I dig it.

Great story!! and yes it does look like paint under the loop i was able to scrape a little paint off to verify but it,s like nothing i have ever seen before, go figure...LOL
