My thought, exactly.

 

Yeah its shiny like a proof but its all messed up obverse and reverse

 

Well, it looks like the camera moved when you took the photos. You took the photos at an angle, and the lighting should have been in a different position.

Nothing to get all defensive about I didn't say you are wrong all I said is maybe meaning that's a possibility

 

Looks like it had a disagreement with a belt sander/polisher....

 

Its almost impossible to tell from the photos, possibly struck through if its not PMD

 

I'll try to get some clearer ones with my wife's canon t5i later and repost them for you guys when I get a chance

 

There is no way in heck that it is not PMD.

 

I'd guess it was very heavily polished somehow (maybe with a mechanical buffer even). Would account for being very shiny but losing a lot of detail.
