What happened to this coin? Fire?

    So what happened to this coin? It it pregnant? I've never seen this, I'm thinking fire.

    it appears to be that !! fire damage

    i had a quarter once like that, a big bubble where the clad layers seperated, i just used a hammer to pound it down flat :hammer:

    I have coins that been in a fire and they have a belly like that. Maybe they were heated in an oven or some such abuse.

    Also, aliens could be to blame.
