Hey all, Been quite a while since I posted here... loooong time actually LOL. I can't remember who it was but one of the regulars here always used error-ref.com. They are how I found out about that website. Anyway, even as recent as a week or two ago the site was up and working, but I went to reference something on it the other day and it seems to be gone. Anyone know what happened?
@paddyman98 I think you are the one who I would see sharing out pages from error-ref.com... And I thought one of the website contributors was a member here too... Mike Diamond maybe?
I Have a website myself at patriotnumismatics... if the website owners simply let the domain name lapse because of financial reasons or time... I would be interested in hooking up with them to see if the information could be moved or transferred to my webisite... it was a fantastic re source.
Yup... domain has expired... @Fred Weinberg any idea? @paddyman98 good to see\chat with you.. been a while
actually @Rick Stachowski that kind of landing page will also appear if the base of the site goes missing\doesn't exist or if the platform that the sight is build on has a problem... I.e. I own hankinsfamilyonline.com - Its a legit domain, I have email addresses for that domain... but I don't have a website built for it... if you go to it you will see something similar. ( http://hankinsfamilyonline.com/) I just did a check and the domain name error-ref is not available for purchase... so someone still "owns" the domain name... So as @furryfrog02 said site problem and they're working on it, hopefully its back soon... @Fred Weinberg or Mike Diamond I'm willing to help, not sure I can offer anything of value help wise... but I can certainly try... I have a ton of friends on Facebook groups who are lamenting the absence of the site...
Here's the last day the site was up . I was lucky enough to start a thread that day . https://www.cointalk.com/threads/1999-lincoln-broadstrike.314881/#post-3056266
Nope, not mine. Looks like more of a hosting issue with error-ref.com to me. I've seen a lot of great sites go out that way, sadly.
