I don't grade from pictures. Lighting, focus, angle, all are critical components of determining grade. Pictures can easily be manipulated by the photographer to highlight flaws or hide them. Unfortunately the lighting in your pictures makes it impossible to see the coin clearly in its entirety. I'm not saying you manipulated the pictures, it's just an opinion of the photos presented for us to use for grading.
Like some of the posts above, I can't get a good read from those photographs, but imagine it might rate MS, although I'd never pay to have it looked at by a TPGer.
