Well, I might be splitting hairs here, but I would say VG 8 since you can barely make out liberty. At this level, you might just want to go with VG and be done with it. At $11.00 plus $2.00 shipping, that's sound like a fine price to me. Mike
I'd say you're in the ball park but I'd give it an 8 , since the obverse in my opinion is more important than the reverse . Still a good price .
