XF-40. I would recomend properly weighing it if you have not already. Trade dollars are heavily (and nicely) counterfeited.

I'm no expert and the pictures are a little hard to see detail, not big enough, but one of the C's in CC (Carson City) looks smaller then the other. It could just be my eyes playing tricks on me, but definately weight it and have it looked at by a coin shop. Best of luck, nice looking coin.

trade dollar = 50/50 on being counterfeit

cc trade dollar = 95/5 on being counterfeit

like mentioned above weigh it put a magnet to it or buy a slabbed one.

 

The proportions of the reverse design look fake--I'd bet on counterfeit. The mintmark is in the wrong place--too far left.
