What grade? 1847 o $10

    Found this metal detecting. I didn't clean other than wash the dirt off with water. Just wondering about grade. Thanks All!

    Nice find! I'm not an Eagle grading expert, my grade would be in the XF range. Maybe AU if the coin is in hand.

    Great find! If that would have been a five dollar half eagle, you could have taken the rest of the year off! I didn't check recent auction figures but I believe you have an $800.00 find there. Well done!!
